Community Access
Community Access is a supported pathway into Be Study Ready for learners whose circumstances make paid study difficult or unrealistic.
A limited number of funded places are available to help reduce financial or structural barriers to learning.
Who this pathway is designed to support
- Your education has been interrupted or disrupted.
- You are living with instability, displacement, or ongoing uncertainty.
- Paying for study is not currently a realistic option.
These situations can arise for many reasons, including displacement, conflict, natural disaster, or long-term disruption to education. You do not need to explain or justify your circumstances in detail.
If paying for the course would be possible but uncomfortable, the standard Be Study Ready pathway may be the better option. Community Access is intended for learners who would otherwise be unable to take part at this time.
What to expect
There is no formal application process. You will not be asked for documents, proof, or a detailed personal history.
You’ll be invited to share a small amount about your current situation, only as much as you’re comfortable sharing. This helps us understand whether this pathway is the right fit.
Register your interest
Community Access exists for learners whose current circumstances make paid study unrealistic. If this reflects your situation, you’re welcome to complete the form below.
Requests are reviewed periodically, and places are limited.
