Terms and Conditions

Most people never read terms and conditions. This one is written for the people who do. It explains how Be Study Ready works, what you’re agreeing to, and where the boundaries are. If you use the site or enrol in the course, these terms apply. If they don’t sit well with you, this is your exit ramp.

1. Using the site and the course

Be Study Ready is a digital course for individual learners. When you enrol, you’re buying access for yourself. Not for your team, your organisation, your cohort, or your favourite Facebook group.

You can use the course. You can’t copy it, share it, resell it, teach from it, or upload it somewhere else without written permission. This is standard. It’s just usually hidden behind softer language.

2. Who owns the content

Everything on this site, including the writing, videos, downloads, exercises, and overall course design, belongs to Be Study Ready unless stated otherwise.

Paying for access doesn’t transfer ownership. It gives you permission to use the material for your own study. Clear lines tend to prevent awkward conversations later.

3. Payment and access

Be Study Ready is a paid digital course. Payment comes first. Access follows. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll be granted access through the platform hosting the course.

Access lasts for the period stated at purchase. From time to time, content may be updated, refined, or retired. Courses, like learners, are allowed to evolve.

4. Refunds

This course provides immediate digital access to all materials. That means once you’re in, you can read, watch, download, and save the content.

For that reason, refunds are not generally offered after access has been granted. This isn’t about being unfriendly. It’s about reality. Digital courses can’t be “returned” once the content has been accessed.

To be clear: we don’t offer refunds to people who enrol, copy or download the material, and then decide they don’t want it anymore. If that’s the kind of transaction you’re looking for, this course isn’t a good fit.

If something has genuinely gone wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a technical issue that prevents access altogether, contact us promptly and it will be reviewed. Regret, curiosity, or “it wasn’t what I expected” are not technical issues.

5. About results (and expectations)

Be Study Ready offers structure, guidance, and tools. What happens next depends on you. People arrive with different histories, pressures, and capacities. Outcomes will vary.

This course does not guarantee grades, qualifications, admissions outcomes, or any other academic result. Anyone who promises that should make you cautious.

6. Your part in all of this

Learning takes time, attention, and effort. By enrolling, you’re acknowledging that progress comes from engaging with the material, not from owning access to it.

Be Study Ready supports learning. It does not replace universities, lecturers, advisors, counsellors, or professional services. It’s a course, not a cure.

7. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Be Study Ready is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or course materials.

Nothing here removes consumer guarantees that apply under Australian law. Those still stand, regardless of tone.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may change occasionally. When they do, the updated version will be published here. No scavenger hunts required.

Continuing to use the site or course after changes means you’re agreeing to the revised terms. If you don’t agree, the option is simple: stop using the site.
