Refund Policy
This page explains how refunds work for Be Study Ready. It’s written plainly, because refund policies shouldn’t rely on ambiguity. If this approach doesn’t suit you, it’s best to decide that before enrolling.
The short version
Be Study Ready is a digital course with immediate access to materials. Once access is granted, refunds are not generally offered.
That’s not unusual. It’s how most digital courses operate. The difference here is that we’re saying it directly.
Why this policy exists
When you enrol, you gain immediate access to the course content. You can read it, watch it, download it, and keep it.
Because of that, the course can’t be “returned” in any meaningful sense. A refund after full access would mean the content is kept without payment. That’s not a sustainable model, and it’s not one we operate under.
A clear boundary
We don’t offer refunds to people who enrol, copy or download the materials, and then decide they no longer want the course. If that’s what you’re hoping for, this course is not a good fit.
What refunds are considered
Refunds may be considered in limited situations where something has genuinely gone wrong. This includes cases such as:
— duplicate charges
— technical issues that prevent access entirely
— errors in payment processing
If you experience one of these, contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
What refunds are not for
Refunds are not provided because:
— you changed your mind
— the course required more effort than expected
— the timing wasn’t right after purchase
— it wasn’t what you hoped it would feel like
None of those mean the course failed to be delivered. They’re part of the risk that comes with enrolling in any learning experience.

This course is designed for people who are willing to commit, even when motivation fluctuates and confidence wobbles. Buying it “just to see” is usually a sign to pause.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer guarantees that apply under Australian law. Those rights exist regardless of how clearly this page is written.
